Crook-back hunter from J. Neilson!

I just received a Crook-back hunter from J. Neilson at Mountain Hollow Forge. It is a beautiful custom knife and is very, well designed for it's intended purpose. Mine has an African Blackwood handle, 1095 blade and stainless steel guard & pin.
His workmanship is on par with anyone out there, IMHO!
He is a pleasure to work with and he wants to make you a custom that will do the job and he sincerely wants you to be happy with the knife.
I highly recommend his work, just wish I had a camera to show you my beautiful custom!!
 
Glad to see you like the knife so much as I have been eyeing one myself. Love the design, blade shape and the fit & finish looks quite good as well. Hope it serves you well and be sure to let us know how it works for you.
 
Thanks for the good comments guys (George, are you everywhere ?). Tess and I do our best. Let me know how that knife works out on your hunt. I still want a picture.:D
