Crop Circles, aliens or artwork?

Here are a few of my favorites, what do ya think, artwork or aliens?

I would like to believe that it is Aliens. I however think it's just people.

I saw the PBS special where the guys did it with boards, but do to the complexity of some designs, and their appearnce in many "crop circles" in other kinds of venues, I personally believe it's a natural phenomena.

Those of us in the Skeptical "community" are well familiar with such things. The methods used by the hoaxers have been well explained and demonstrated. A number of hoaxers have come forward with detailed explanations of their methods.
Even the most complex geometries are not that hard to work out usind rather simple surveying techniques.

Two of the British hoaxers even would show up and mingle with the various "investigators", who were snooping around feeling for "psychic energies" and using dowsing rods.... Hard for them to keep from laughing.

With todays GPSs and the accuracy of DGPS it's very easy to make elaborate designs based on coordinates.

I think it has been proved that the fancy ones are man made, some people have even shown how to do it. The old ones that were first found seem to be made different, probably some natural phenomenon, but I don't believe by Aliens... Unless you mean Illegal Aliens, you know, hard work done while hiding in the night, not declared for taxes... could be...

PS. Off Topic.- T.Erdelyi, you always have a cool signature, you know my wife's cousin brought me two 1 gallon containers of homemade Mezcal (Mescal???) from Guerrero, it has taken me some time but I'm almost finished with the first one, no worm though...

I don't know of any kind of natural phenomena that could do that. I'm not saying it's impossible, just that it's improbable and with as many occurrences as have happened over such a widespread area, I tend to lead more to the human factor...


...unless the aliens are really human? I dunno, I just wish I had the time and patience to make one of those myself although that's a lot of crops being lost.

Well, obviously those are all fake, except for that last one. That one is definitely 100% legit!

Some look real, as if someone/ones must have gone out there and spent a hell of a lot of time and talent doing that. Whoever it was is probably raking in a lot of money doing landscaping for rich people.
