Cross threaded liner

I bought a used BM Rukus a while back and I know the previous owner had removed the scales several times because he used to have carbon fiber ones on it. Well I didn't realize this until today when I had to remove the clip, but he had cross threaded one of the bolts.

Does anybody know what thread these little torx screws are and where could I get a tap and die set that small?
