Crossada - Who made this one?

Hello gents,

I found in my archive some pictures of a Keating Crossada design that looks like it is by none of the usual suspects (Dozier, Krein...). I did my homework on Google, but these photos, which my archive says I received in 1999, show up nowhere else.

Can anybody enlighten me as to who the maker was? I'm sorry I have absolutely nothing else, just the pictures and the notion that it's pre-2K.
