Here're a few pics(not great pics) of my latest blade.
Forged and antiqued 5160 blade 1/4 inch spine, convex grind.......tip to guard just a hair over 9 3/4 inch
Balances right at the plunge, weighs just under 18oz.
Mule deer antler crown handle.
Textured mild steel guard and copper spacer.
Sheath is welt style leather covered with oil tan cowhide.
Overall length is 15"
Comments and criticism welcome.

I like it. I like the copper and the carved horn, blade shape is nice. The only thing, visually, the balance might be better if the guard was a little taller. The antiqued finish fits this one great. Nicely done!
 
although in my mind's eye, the upper guard could look very nice with slightly more length, this is one great looking knife!
the carving of the handle is a very nice touch. Lots of good stuff here
 
Thanks for the comments guys. I appreciate the input about the upper guard. Will keep that in mind for next time. I find it tough to see stuff like that after staring at the thing for days on end while working on it, so the input from outside sources is helpfull.

I like it it has a very warm and real look to it. Nice lines well thought out it all comes together to make a fine looking knife.
