Crucible II folder?

I understand MOD i till producing this in VG-10 with an MSRP of $200.

Blackhawk also makes a cheaper version from AUS-8. This i the one I'm interested in, it looks like a nice knife.

Unfortunately Blackhawk doesn't list the weight.

What do you think of this knife?
