Thanks

I wouldn't think that would be a problem, unless that company has some sort of no weapons policy. If you are worried about it, I would suggest contacting the main office. If it was me, I would just bring what I wanted.

A non threatening SAK, multitool or traditional knife should be okay. Your giant folder with a fully serrated blade would probably make the sheeple on board jump to the sharks!

If you search, I think you will find that the consistent stories from people have been that initial boarding was easy, but when you re-board after leaving the ship at one of the stops, they put you through a metal detector and take all pocket knives, them return them at the end of the cruise.

I had my CRKT M16-13Z clipped to my shorts every minute of our last 5 day Carnival cruise (Caribbean). Never been asked about it or had it taken away. I probably wouldn't risk a more expensive knife though.

Last Confederate hit it right. There are several threads in 'Knife Laws'. The most recent has a link to an older one.
