Picked up a Crunch the other day and I like this thing. It is replacing my Skeletool as I snapped the jaws one day and decided I needed something a little tougher. LM replaced the Skeletool and I still love it for its simplicity but WOW the Crunch is stout. It is possible to open it one-handed but it take a little practice. I haven't gotten a chance to really put it to work but I can't wait to. Just thought I would share.

One of my fav tools, HAK:)

Is it a little gadgety? Yeah. Is it tough to open with one hand at times? Sure. Is it a little tool-light? Yep a lil' bit.

However, it's a fantastic set of locking pliers. I work on swimming pool pumps and motors most every day. A set of locking jaws is a BIG help:thumbup:

I almost bite my tongue saying it, but I'm seriously thinking about picking up the new Gerber version. Should open and close a little easier and...well, there is always room for one more in the family:p
 
I am just trying to figure out how to carry mine. I can't stand stuff on my belt unless its horizontal. The sheath accommodate this but not for the thick belt I wear. I have just been throwing it in my back pocket but its starting to be uncomfortable when I sit.

Go to one of those cell phone shops or a flea market, they usually have a great selection of horizontal cell cases. I keep my Leatherman Charge in one. And plus side is it looks low key. I have one that the bottom isn't open to show the Charge, doesn't show out through the ends. I will try to snap off a few pic's tomorrow.
