Oh YES!! Vladimir, this one is fabulous. It's terrific to see the Templar influence again! Wonderful work, as always!!

I'm wondering how many hours went into this exquisite piece. More than a few, is my guess.

Thank you all!
Thank you Robert!
It took me about three weeks to make this dagger. Yet, it was not a full time job. Interestingly, it took me more time to make a sheath than this knife itself. For more than two weeks I was trying just to find the best way to finish the sheath edges. I tested all commercially available edge finishes including some finishes obtained from Italy and Japan. I have to admit that I am not an expert in leather work. Actually, I am not an expert in knife making as well.

This piece alone should be evidence contrary to that statement. But anyone who has been to your website must chuckle a bit when reading that. Fantastic work.

Blown away.

I fully expected your website to state you are from deep in Russia. Now relocated in Lancaster PA?

I'm impressed on all levels. Great presentation, too!

Thank you! You are absolutely right. Originally, I am from Moscow, Russia. I guess you could see that my work was heavily influenced by some "Russian techniques". I have been living in the US for almost 22 years. Now, I live in Huntingdon Valley, PA. It's right outside Northeast Philadelphia.

Exemplary work! I especially like the lapped & riveted look that you incorporated. It gives it the feel of the time period that you were after very nicely.

Thanks for sharing.
