I was fortunate to take part in a passaround that Belia1250, not so better known as Lee Williams of J.L. Williams Knives, held.
The passaround link is HERE
Lee Williams site is very well done and shows some of the fine work he's done.

Passarounds are a great way to experience various knives atfor the cost of postage to the next guy and posting a review of what you liked and didn't like about the knife.
Passarounds are open to most anybody of relatively sound.... aahhh i don't meet that so I'll move on
The Crux specs are:
8 3/4" OAL
4 1/2" modified/semi Tanto blade in S30V
hollow gound with false edge
thumb serrations on spine
black G10 scales
SS pins & thong tube
multi position Kydex carry
This is a very impressive knife. The fit and finish is very well done. The G10 handle grip is non slip, at least in water and blood.
And the handle hosts a robust lanyard hole. I like that because I often use a lanyard with a blade when skinning or general work. At the end of this treatise i'll post a pic of some of my favorite lanyards made by the renowned April Flanders.
I had this beauty for a week and put it thru the usual stuff. i cut cardboard, envelopes
industrial carpeting, RoadRunner's tortuurous carve a cinder block and road kill. Yep, I pull over on my country roads and try it out on fresh deer that are blanketing the country roads.
I haven't had any time to go hunting. Lots of ot. which is good and bad. Mostly good
The S30 blade sailed thru all chores as well as any knife I've handled. I like S30 among the best of all steels. Real nice to hold an edge, not roll, and sharpen with a quick touchup.
This came with a kydex sheath and a teclok fitting that carried really well. I wore it virtually all the time. The knife didn't snag or catch. there was no worry of it falling out of the sheasth. It removed very smoothly and with little effort.
There was one problem that I had with the blade grind going all the way to the finger choil. I kept cuttin my finger with the sharp point where choil and edge join. This is easily remedied. AND I seem to be the only one to experience this concern. Others that have posted reviews in the passaround thread mention the lack of a problem.
Fat fingers on my part??
I recommend this maker as the blade performed very well and it is a joy to look at.
Here are pics. Since I took these I've discovered the macro feature that in future reviews will have the pic in focus
Blade and sheath. Lovely to look at aren't they?
In the sheath. Fit and function. Teklok is adjustable to a variety of positions.
Here is a pic of the ride of the sheath. I favor the carry over my right butt.
MANY of you that have seen my previous reviews have complained to Spark about my butt in the pics. So here is my fav sheath carry model. The Lady Jeanne.
Here you can see the sharp point at the finger choil. You can see the recurring wound (I'm such a baby) on my index finger.
This knife fit my hand very well. Secure and maneuverable. Note the proper size Flanyard hole.
