I think the cryo is the best new design in the kershaw line, except that it's too dang SMALL....

any chance that we might see a 3.75ish inch blade version?

Yeah, it's called the ZT0560...

...but seriously, I think Thomas has said a larger Cryo is on the way.

I am almost positive i read it in a post around here somewhere too. Can't find it though.

In the Blade Show 2012 thread Thomas started off with saying that they would be showing a larger version of the 1555TI Cryo.

Thomas, You are such a tease!

Will the bigger version be shipping around the same time or will it be delayed a few months.

do you have any data on the actual bladesize of the larger cryo, or is that not the kind of thing you can share with us nosy folks?

EDIT: just saw the pics... WOW!!! i think that thing will make it's way to my EDC lineup as soon as i can get my hands on one

3" is right at the bottom of my EDC spectrum. I prefer 3.5 or bigger, but i can make 3.0 work on a knife that awesome.

I'll be buying for sure

You folks at Kershaw are really coming up with some good stuff. I've been looking forward to getting a couple Cryo's.

Can you tell us if there is a ball detent on these? I assume they will both be assistant openers, I was wondering if they will well unassisted too.

I like the titanium nitride coating, it reminds me of the Random Leek, nice subtle low reflection.

Looks like a 3 inch blade. Playing around with Photoshops measure tool this is what I came up with also.

I feel like it looks a bit longer. The 560 is listed at 3.75 inch, the Cryo is 2.75 inch. So it looks like its right in the middle to me. 3.25 is what I would guess.
