cryogenic treatment - talonite ?

i did a search on this and found no info... just curious if talonite can be cryo treated? and if so would it really benefit this material?
 
The idea behind cryogenic treatment of steel is to convert retained austenite into martensite. Since neither is present in Talonite (it is cobalt rather than iron), no benefit to supercooling it.

However, deep cold treatments are used on many things other than steel including plastics...

It might reduce stress in the blade and help stabilize the matrix...Maybe give you better edge retention? Just a guess...
