CS 13TL Warcraft Tanto or the CS 13TXL Warcraft Tanto?

Does anyone here happen to have any first-hand experience with either the CS Warcraft 13TL (7" blade) or the CS Magnum Warcraft 13TXL (12" blade?) It seemed like they were once a real big deal -- the hottest thing since the CS Trail Master, but I don't hear much about them these days? There was/is also a version with a 5.5" blade. Anyway, any first-hand insights would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try an online search. You’ll probably get some good info. Most of the reviews I’ve read were very positive. I believe some had an issue with the handle but I’m not sure the reason.

I have the 7.5" model , which still is available new . The 12" is rarely seen now .

Great strong knife , IMO .

Most complaints I've heard seem minor concerns to me about fit and finish of handle , etc .

7.5" size is fairly easy to carry while still having some chopping power .

Thank you for the information. Does the CPM 3V steel take/hold a pretty keen edge?

I just bought the medium version of the Warcraft Tanto. It has a 5.5" blade. Very stout knife. However, the sheath is horrible. I am currently in search of a quality sheath to match the knife.

Nice. How is the balance of the medium Warcraft? What are your issues with the sheath? Just typical Secure-Ex concerns? Thanks.

Balance is very good. Sheath is so tight that when I draw the knife out, the entire sheath rides up past my belt. I have to grab the sheath with one hand and pull the knife out with my other hand. I have a CS leatherneck with the secure-ex sheath and it works fine.

Imagine the Warcraft handle with a Marauder or Chaos bowie style blade! Available in several different blade lengths!
That’s my thought exactly. A long and nice pointy clip but still having some of the durability that the Warcraft promises along with that sweet handle. I’d also love to see a version with a long and thin traditional tanto blade like the ones found on the blades designed by Williams blade design.
