Can anyone tell me what year Cold Steel started producing the Recon Scout (Fixed Blade)

Hi, I have an old Special Projects catalog ( a division of Cold Steel ) from
1991 where it is pictured. They didn't have it in their regular line yet.
The blade was produced without markings. If you want any pictures of the
knife or the catalog, shoot me an email. vanman@skynet.be
