A relative of mine asked to me a knife to be used to harvest mushrooms.
It gives me only one indication: make it red and easy to clean and mantain.
Here it is.
Blade is 12C27 steel, length is 9,5cm (3,74") , 3mm (.118") thick. Handles are 11,5cm (4,5") in Red G10.
Teflon Washers and stainless hardware.
