Rec. this today. Paid 15 bucks off ebay with shipping. Best cheap ass knife I have purchased in a long while. Wanted to check one out since that Noz dude did that test with the one he had. This has the grivory handles on it.
It is razor sharp out of the box, grind lines are even all around and crisp. Nice big choil for the front finger or fingers as the case may be. Haven't done anything with it as of yet but I can see this being thrown in the trunk of my car especially when I am out bowhunting/steel head fishing this year. The edge cantles are pretty decent as in straight with just the tiniest bit of a waver on the left hand side towards the front but the plunges are done well and the edge is centered at the choil as it should be.
Hey for 15 bucks it is a bargain. Bummed once again it is made in China but have to tell ya it is very well made. Oh yea a file glides across the edge without biting it so it seems definetly hard enough. Thats it. I am going to chop some some and thow it into some wood now to see how it does. I will cut some newspaper tubes and rope too. Not alot of rope cause I don't have alot. But that will be the extent of my testing. keepem sharp
