This look very promising for folks needing a lotta knife in a small/legal package. I can see a very easy wave mod as well with this little giant. All it needs is to be drilled for tip up carry. Also looks like I'll be doing a few hookbill regrinds to this one. With the TriAd lock, a small knife like this is a feces house built of brick.

Blade Length: 2"
Blade Thickness: 2.5 mm
Overall Length: 5"
Steel: Japanese AUS 8A Stainless
Weight: 1.7 oz
Handle: 3" Long Grivory
Pocket Clip: Stainless Pocket / Belt C

Who else is looking forward to it's debut?

Yeh, me. Ever since someone posted about this knife last december. I've been waiting for it. Especially at the price point.

Looks like it might not even need a pocket clip adjustment if its' to be waved/carried from the lighter/watch pocket on jeans.

I wonder when the relase date is ?

Pretty neat looking little knife , for sure.

I have wanted one for months. A friend remarked that it looked like CS took a crkt minimalist, turned it into a folder, and gave it several cycles of steroids!

Yup me too. I plan on doing at least one waved double edge conversions on that knife.

You might have trouble double-edging that one depending on how low the blade sits in the handle--looks like you'd be left with a toothpick. :o It'd look cool with the spine ground down to the center line to make a wave though.

These new coldsteel models all seem to have great prices, I might get me a few different folders.

Can't wait to see it. I always enjoy seeing how your projects turn out.:thumbup:
