I want an older 7 1/2", CS Peace Keeper I, but I don't want the newer 420 stuff. I want Carbon V or AUS8A. I'm pretty sure that the CS Special Projects seconds are coated Carbon V with the 7 1/2" blade at 45 bucks. I'm simply wondering if there on any good deals around from other suppliers, for either steel. Thanks for any info.
 
They sell factory 2nds in Carbon V for $45, last month they had them included in their bi-annual sale for $35. That's the only place that I've seen them.
