CS Tanto Repair?

I have a tanto from the early to mid 90's. There's a lot of sentimental value in this knife for me. There been a lot of hard use this knife has seen in its life. So much so, the guard has shifted positions. There no other damage associated with the guard moving.

Is this something that can be fixed? I tried contacting CS customer service, but I haven't got a reply. Do anyone know of someone or a company that could do the restoration/repair?

It's best if you phone the customer service instead of emailing if that's how you tried to contact them.
If they are unable to help you then there are some members on the forum that can make an up to date handle for it.
