Hey Everyone,
I have a TrailMaster coming my way and it comes with a leather sheath but it has a satin finish and I know it will rust on me:thumbdn: Does anyone know a aftermarket sheath that will fit the TM? I was thinking of getting a Scrap Yard 10in sheath nylon sheath they have but im not sure if it would fit and I really cant afford to get any custom work done right now.

Take it apart, melt in a couple of thick coats of SnowSeal both inside and out, and re-stitch. I do this with all my leather sheaths and have had no problems with rust from the leather retaining moisture.
 
Polish the blade with Flitz. Very effective at preventing rust. Of course, cleaning the blade after use will help at lot too. The knife will only rust if it is put away dirty.
