Just curious if anyone happened to know what size set screw the Cold Steel Viking Hand Axe might require? Mine seems to have fallen out and now the head is a bit loose/wobbly. I emailed CS but have yet to hear back after several days (which, to be fair, their site says might be the case). Thanks!

Most people throw those away and then use it like a friction fit tomahawk. Invert the axe and drop it on something solid (while still in hand) so that the weight of the bit force the head on tight. You may need to do a little sanding to get the head to fit snug as the more handle in contact with the head the better the fit.

You could use any screw, if you're really set on having a screw in there. I would bring the axe head into the local hardware store and see what fits, it's a common thread and size.

If you are using the Viking Hand Ax to throw, then don't put one back in, it will just tear up the haft that much faster. If you are using it in had to chop, then it would be well worth your time to pop the head off and sand the haft to fit right. CS just sticks them in a hydraulic press and sets them on by the look of it, and sanding down the high points a bit will allow the haft to contact the eye more fully.

The set screw might be what you want, and without a mask toting an axe head in public is a bit of a pain. It's simpler to just go buy a couple of sizes that look right and return what you don't use.
