Just got back from the show in Stamford. I was surprised by how close it was to NYC (less than an hour from most locations). I was also surprised that it wasn't packed with people. It's a great show; low key, and a wide range of stuff to look at and buy. The only show in this area to offer a good selection of antique knives. Hope to see more of you there next year!

I went on Saturday and it was not crowded at all. Met some old friends, made some new ones and had a great time.

There were a few top name makers there, like Siska, Szilaski, Nealy, Meerdink, and there was also this maker there that goes by the name of Al Polkowski(maybe some of you have heard of him

), and I just have one thing to say to Al, THANKS

I had went on Saturday also and it was a pretty good show. I got to chat with a few knife makers and bought a tactical from Kurt Meerdink. He's a cool guy. I had bought the large model Nemotocyst. I just love this knife. I have a new daily carry now!
