CTS BD1 or AUS8

Hi Folks,
I just took receipt of my new CTS BD1 steel Counter Point 2. However the name of the steel does not show up on the box or the blade . The serial number of the knife is CS10AMC 48.46. My question is: Is this knife in the older AUS 8 steel or the newer CTS BD1 steel?
Thanks for any light that you can shed on this issue,

According to their catalogs, the 10AMC model number is AUS 8A...for BD1 it should be 10ACMC. This suggests that you have the AUS 8A version. I know some of their other knives with upgraded steel say it on the blade, so if yours doesn't, it could be further proof that it is the AUS 8A version.
 
I recently purchased a Counterpoint XL
On one side it says Counterpoint XL
The other side says Cold Steel Taiwan
CTS- bd1. You must have the older version I think. I like both Steels it really doesn't matter to me. That's a whole lotta knife.☠

Thanks folks, just got confirmation from Jake Barron over at CS that the Counter Point 2 is indeed CTS BD1 Steel. I sent pictures of the box and knife.
