I got one in trade and promptly sent it back. Did I get a lemon or is this the norm? Too bad, I liked the feel of it for sure.

My Carnivore was a bit rough at first but it was easily fixed. Adjusting the pivot didn't help but it turned out that the first spine spacer spring was a bit too tight. I backed it off a little, then retightened, and the action improved dramatically. An application of Tuf-Glide & BP2000 powder took care of the rest. FWIW, my Pocket Hobbit & Sifu came with two of the smoothest actions I've experienced on production folders. Also, lock-up on all three is perfect.
