The only thing I can say is that the Aftermath that I have is very fast in the hand and when its open it is lethal just to look at!
For a knife of its size, it carries in my right front pocket very comfortable. I think I would have prefered G-10 slabs instead of the fancy scroll work but I would not toss it out just because of that.

Good Knife!

I've been looking for an Aftermath for a while now and had about given up, but today I caught a listing on ebay for a NIB Camillus Aftermath for the buy-it-now price of $248.00. I snatched it up. The other listings were all for the black special editions in the $400 range.

You did good to get it. I spoke with a Camillus rep at the SHOT show two weekends ago and he said there are having trouble getting titanium and won't be making the Aftermath anymore - at least not with titanium. Models that are slow selling are being dropped by a number of the large manufacturers. The trend seems to be that most people are buying cheaper knives. Only knife aficionados - like you and me, go after the higher priced stuff.

Anyone else wanting an Aftermath should get one in the near future. Get two so you can use one and save one.

thanks hdwrlover, all be it not what i wanted to hear. the titanium is part of what makes that knife awsome,

EBAY here i come !
