hey all, i am new to camillus(don't own any of their knives) and was wondering about the MAXX 5.5. those who own one, what are the knife's weakpoints and where does it shine? if this topic has been done before then i apologize... does anyone know where the least expensive place to get one is? i can get hold of one for 135. any chance of getting one for less? oh, and which edge type do you prefer on this knife? thanks a ton

Where does the Cuda Maxx shine? Everywhere! Weaknesses? None!

I can't think of anything to add to that. You are absolutely correct!

The only thing I can say about weakness would come from what an individual prefers in a design. The knife is extremely well designed and built, it has one of the strongest locks around for a folding knife. It has been tested, so that's not just me saying it. For a large folder it fits suprising well in most pockets and doesn't print. The handle design is very comfy and offers a secure grip. Smooth action with no blade play. It is, without a doubt, one of my all time favorites. It would take a lot to get mine away from me.

If you don't like big folders, or the look of the knife, then those would be the only weaknesses that I can attest to.

Get one, you will not be disappointed!:)
