CUDA Maxx modifications

I have a CUDA Maxx and I love this knife. There are a couple of things about it though that I'd like to "improve" though. First, I'd like to get the thing converted to tip-up carry. Then I'd like to switch the plastic washers with phospor-bronze ones. Does anyone know anyone who can do these improvements? I know that this will void the warranty, but I don't sell off my knives and I'd rather have a knife that will last forever, not one that will develop blade play after a few years because the plastic washers got compressed.

Bronze washers are available here, and if you post in the Shop Talk forum I'm sure you can find someone who will convert to tip-up carry for you. Good luck.
