CUDA repair

I sent my CUDA Quick action in for repair on May 14th. I spoke with the ladie in the repair shop which was very nice to me, but I was told befor sending my knife in, that it would be two to three weeks befor I got the knife back. I contacted her again at the end of three weeks and found out Camilus is sending there knives to someone in South Carolina to be repaird. Is this something new they are doing or have they always done this? Is it normal for it to take over a month for repairs? I am not bashing Camilus, just wondering about how they handle the repairs. The woman in customer service that I spoke with didn't say anything about shipping my knife out for repair. Wonder what's going on at Camillus.

I called back to speak with someone about my knife and found out they are closed till the 17th of July. I have no idea what is going on with them. Thanks for the reply, sorry it took me so long to reply back. Thanks John
