I have CQB1S with this finish and CQB2 with satin finish.
I want to know more about it

The Bob T CQB fixed blades were originally sent out (with handles on) for high energy tumbling followed by a bead blast.

It was by far the best finish.
It was changed to a cheaper satin finish later by smarter men than me!
