Phil, I cant help but notice that the CUDA looks an awful lot like the ATCK. Was this purposely done? Also I am considering adding one to my collection. Did you mention earlier that Camillus has a lifetime warranty? Is that just for the orginal owner?
 
Bob Terzuola's ATCF is my favorite carry piece, I have worn mine for almost 10 years!
The CUDA spear point blade is undeniably heavily influenced by Bob's genius.
I have known Bob for many years & I am excited to announce that he is designing some fixed blade knives for Camillus to produce.
Camillus knives all have a lifetime warranty.
We do not ask our customers to produce proof of purchase for warranty repairs (who keeps reciepts anyway?)
Bottom line, if it's your knife, your the original owner!
