culinary knife rolls

Does anyone here make large leather knife rolls for culinary use? I cook for a living and have several of the cheaper rolls but would love a nice big leather one?

I'm not sure I've ever seen a leather anything with culinary knives. I'd be interested in seeing one.

JAW makes a large one for 279.00
Steve Goodson makes a mean roll although I dont recall the price.

What are you currently using Doc? Have you tried the Ultimate Edge?

Our sheathmaker is building one for us that we requested. If it turns out really nice I'll put up some pics and his price range. It should be done here soon, maybe as much as a week.
