That looks like a wicked edge! How much time do you have in it......and do you feel like working one more over?!;):D

I'd be extra careful with that one...if you get bit by that knife you may not feel it till its too late!

Oohh yeah... That's nice.

Exactly what I was thinking of doing with one of mine; the Cultie looks just perfect for a convexing. You've just made me take the plunge...

very nice. Ban just did an edge like that on my BM-E and it is so scary sharp that you do not want to even touch it.

INFI does really seem to benefit from a nice thin convex and super high edge polish. A2 is another steel that seems to love this. I have a few Bark River bravo ones in A2 that acted just like INFI when being sharpened. Specatular results.

Jerry forgive me, but I have a Bravo-1 inbound. This is good news to me.

Sorry for the OT but the Bravo-1 is an insanely good knife!

Similarly OT, but I love my barkies! But back on topic, I prefer my new black linen Sarsquatch which I am slowly convexing. I know they said it was convexed but I have to say, not really. I don't have a talent for it like jab, but I'm working on it.

Okay...I know this has been linked/threaded before, but how about some instructions, as well as tools necessary.

I don't know if I should attempt my first convex on a Busse, but I am not happy with the edge on my Cultie and want it to be better. The edge Ban put on my SFNO is ridiculously sharp.

I have got to do that to at least a few of mine.

It's just too good an idea to ignore. If my fingers can take it ... :D

We both know Jerry is not a Jealous Boss! I'll bet he's got a Barkie or two himself ...

Hmm. I might have a Fox River and maybe a Golok around here somewhere. Mike Stewart does know how to treat A2.

[Yes, I know the Golok is probably 1095 -- A2 is pretty expensive in a piece that big. But it still cuts very well, thank you!]

I think most knife nuts own a Bravo-1 and/or F1. There is always one or the other in my pack when I hit the woods
