Curent value opinion?

Anyone have an idea of current value of the following 2 old discontinued
Cold Steel knives?
Assuming both mint condition, used, no boxes.

- Arc Angel spear point

- Ti Lite Titanium Handles 4" Made in Japan

The Arc Angels are sought after these days. I haven't been tracking their prices lately but would look around before you price it. One NIB sold on this forum for $360 last year.
 
OK thanks. That sounds about right. Someone told me $400 but if $360 was done last year it makes sense.
I can't find any info on Ti Lites though.
 
I bought my titanium ti lite a few years ago for $300 and LOVE IT, I think it was a good price for it. There's one on ebay right now for 599 which is an inflated price, but not to the right buyer who wants it that much I guess, and it looks to be in mint condition with no box and the only one for sale anywhere that I can see. I have seen arc angels sell for as low is $180 used to $400 new in box and I guess $360 sounds about right for a mint condition one with no box.
 
Damn, I should have bought these when they were in production. Who would have known.
 
If you search the forum a bit you can find a whole range of prices, but if its not in mint condition it is always on the low end. The closest one I found is a spear point sold a little over a year ago for $210 here on BF, the blade was blued because of staining on the blade and it might have had more wear than yours, but unless yours is in mint condition new in box, it probably wouldn't sell for much more though...
 
I would say that the demand for certain models has been pushed up since 2012, for BMs of course
and the AA. Anyway thanks.
 
No problem! I would agree if you're talking about 5-10 years ago, but the prices definitely have not changed that much in the last few years from what I see. If you had said so a few years ago, I would agree 100%, but not since 2012.
 
You sort remind of the guys who give me financial market advice. LOL No offense untended.
Since we aren't involved in any transaction our views don't really matter, so we're both just
blowing hot air. But stop to consider how many BMs and AAs you could find on the market just 2 years
ago and how many you can find today. Just there mere mention that you own one is enough to bring
unsolicited offers. Unless one is actively chasing these particular knives you don't see it.
Anyway we all know market level is set by whatever someone is willing to pay. One thing I do believe
is that market price may go up, it may remain steady, but won't go down for a model that is
no longer in production with little to no likelihood of being produced again.

I saw that one on ebay looking for $599. Agree pretty inflated considering the same seller sold the same knife on Aug 27 for $179.-
I would love to know where I can find a used AA for $180...any tips? :)
