Maybe this question has an answer somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.
And if it is a stupid question, my apologies, i'm new here:o

What if someone was to break a blade after it's taken off the menu?

Say five years after the knife has been discontinued, the owner busts their knife,
how does the warranty take over?

As i understand a lot of knives don't make a true re-appearance on the menu.
How would the knife be replaced?

I guess this question is more hypothetical, as broken INFI seems quite rare hehe

Not stupid at all. From what Ive read Shop credit (original value not 2ndry market). More specifics in older discussions. Best
Eric

What has happened in the past is if that particular knife is unable to be made again, a credit will be given to the value of the broken knife at the amount they retailed for when they were available directly through Busse.
