Curious about the Osborne lock and Police Mate

I have seen very little about Mr. Osborne’s knives on the Forums. However, what has been posted is very positive.

Is his lock on the Police Mate and Silver Tip stronger than a well made liner lock?

Does anyone have any comments on his knives in general?
