What's the Razel design good for? Saw a sweet one sell in the custom maker exchange. Just wondering what it's good for besides chopping.

I use mine for many uses. its a hard use knife and I put it through its paces and it still asks for more. You really have to handle one to find your own uses for it. I carry mine out in the woods for doing chores some of my slicers cant due to the thin tip. Youll find yourself using it for alot, funnily I cant give a specific use lol sorry.

P.S. You can pick up a cheaper CRKT Razel to see if you like the design, just keep in mind that the real deal is way way nicer.

I have a graham razel and it's A LOT of use. That tip is one of the strongest tips I've seen on any of my knives. I cut boxes up for recycling, I've used it to scrap the crap off the bottom of the lawn mower, chisel out the door frame for the hinges, opened countless bags of mulch and topsoil with it. I've also used it to scrape the old registration stickers off the side of my boat.

The design is great. I have a ringed Razel which allows for a very secure grip.

I use it for much more than that, but those are the things that come to mind.

I've brought it out into the woods with me but haven't had a change to put it to use out there yet.
