Are there any three blade knives in which there is a hawkbill, a full serrated blade/saw and a drop point or clip point? I really doubt the existence but I'm curious.

I guess if I wanted one I would try to switch the screwdriver on a 3-bladed electrician for a saw from another knife.

There are some vintage knives that have the combination of blades that you want. You'd have to search sources for old knives.
If you are willing to modify knives (as suggested above), you could also try to add another spring and a saw to a Pioneer Pruner.
