This is a new bowie I just finished up (still needs a sheath).
It is my first time doing a tapered tang (thanks for all the prodding guys!!), and surprisingly it turned out quite well.
The Blade is .214" 5160 and the handle is curly Koa w/ stainless pins.
This is kind of a new style for me with this type of dropped edge at the handle, without a large radius there.
The OAL is 15", with a 9 7/8" blade.
Let me know what you guys think.

now that's a good looking knife. Looks like something I would use.

Thanks for taking the time to comment guys, I appreciate the feedback!!

Looking good, dig the tapered tang.
Congrats on your Blade writeup and exposure, Ben !

Thank you very much Doug, I am still grinning about that writeup! :D

I just added a couple pics of the sheath, its a bit different for me.
What do you guys think?

I like your sheath man, looks great with the contrasting textures and colours- but more importantly, it looks solid and secure:thumbup:
