Call them - they are not listed on the site but they make them in not only curly maple but ash, hickory, etc etc etc.................
BTW - they also make their own pre-drilled pipe hawk handles - here's an example of one I recently used - this a better than normal piece of wood - they can get even fancier:
PS the dents are intentional - part of the aging process...........
