Here i have my Sog knives, i love their standard fixed blade as much as the traditional ka bar of buck 119 or cold steel trailmaster, its a classic to me. I chose the trident because not many people have. its classy and i like it, i wish it had VG-10 or S30V though, This steel is very soft and the blade is thick enough to warrant a harder blade to hold an edge. usually after a few cuts or chops its beyond stropping. This knife despide its thickness is not a good chopper at all but thats not why it was designed. the sheath is very nice. The handle i had to sand or i could not bear to hold it because it was so sharp in the finger grooves.
The fixation got many failure reviews but my looks like it has a thick tang and the newer logo so i think it will be fine. i reprofiled it very very thin and i use it for pleasure slicing. it is by my bed in case i dont have time to reach the 12 ga. and it has a great grip. the sheath has a plastic insert so your tip doesnt cut it, good idea. i cut the pouch off of mine, seemed bulky for what i use it for.
The seal pup is a quality knife, the tip is much stronger that i woulda guessed and it holds an edge the best out of my sogs, but in aus6, or 440a, i was surprised at this with the simpler alloy and lower carbon content, perhaps maybe their heat treat is the same for both steels but it needs to not be? the coating is great, i love the color, its a very very perfect fit for my hand as i hold it. ive thrown this knife a lot and its got no wear at all considering. The serrations are fine enough to slice with and strong enough to saw.
next is the magnadot, it has again, a very good grip to my preferances and the fixed blade blade style i like so much. the serrations are very good, not too coarse or spikey. and theyre not too consuming of the blade, just a little for the combo edge. the grind lines are very attractive and the carry pouch is top notch, you can horizontal or vertical carry it. it was only twenty bucks for wally christmas special.
last is my new flash 2, i got it for 25 new at a flea market i set up at to sharpen and sell knives, i love the look like the benchmade stryker or nimravus of this particular tanto, although the serrations are in need of some light modifying and take up a lot of the blade considering how little primary edge there is. like my kershaw blurs and benchmade stryker, this is not a useful utility style unless youre very used to it and it is stinking sharp. The opening is wonderful, the locks work good, it is a bit stiff to close though i usually cant do it one handed which is a first, but, its new to me. love the clip too. I believe the steel is appropriate for this knife because its an edc sya kinda knife, there is no need for edge holding in a self defense situation. Unless it is a VERY big man...

I also own both fasthawks, very tough throwers they just keep going. good grip and overall feel, i like the look of the black one and the stainless so i just thought why not get both :p

Nice knives! I always wanted a trident. Your Seal Pup looks like it is the Aus8 version not Aus6. If it says Taiwan on the back it is Aus8. Also, look at the differences in the two versions. I have both. Aus8 on the top Aus6 on the bottom:
