Alternatively titled, "The Sum of My Whims."

For a good while now, the following have been my main edged tools for the woods and all backyard bushcrafting (except the newly acquired GB Mini, but it's just supplanting a GB Wildlife). I don't always carry a saw, but the dang Fiskars is so lightweight it's tough to leave behind! Great little saw. The US issue pocket knife is a new-old knife. It was a gift (blade was made in the year of my birth) but it's stayed largely shelved until recently. I finally broke down and put a decent (hair popping) edge on it, and I'm not sure it's left my pocket since! Tight springs and stout, all-steel construction, plus a very proper awl that may exceed my Vic Farmer.

Pack is a little German milsurp (goes for $10, but I actually found it behind a shed in my apartment complex - it was abandoned to the weather for about 9 months, so I claimed it, cleared the bugs out, and refurbished it). Holds enough for an overnight (billy pot, blanket, GI poncho/tarp, incidentals, food..).

I'd love to see what blades you guys are using currently!

G'day Spooky

Mostly these three

Although on my last trip I replaced the H1 with a TK2 (as part of a 6 month evaluation of the TK2)

Hey Spooky,

I have no pictures of stuff together, but some separately.

For a small axe, I love this little dude.

My latest favorite is the terrasaur.

I usually don't have a pocket knife, as there always seems to be too much stuff in my pockets :D I wouldn't mind picking up a nice Case. But, I do usually carry my necker as a smaller knife.

Geesh...... it looks like I need some "in use" pics though. Those are all "when new." I am usually not good at doing "in action" pics because I am usually just concentrated on getting done whatever I am doing :D
