Current GSO 5 Heat Treat

Does anyone know if the current GSO 5 being sent out has the new heat treat?

Will the current 5.1 have the new heat treat?

I believe all old spec GSO line will be old finish. And new spec GSO (starters) will be the new finish. I could be wrong, but I believe this was what was said about it when this was asked before.

I think a few old spec were done but only for R&D. Not necessarily to be sold like that.

Texas is correct according to everything I've seen and heard.

The GSO 5's will have the old finish and heat treat.

Any 5.1 ordered must have been a starter or preorder and those will have the new finish and heat treat.
