I'm fairly new to knives and have really only been 'collecting' etc for about the past year. This is my current list of knives and other gear and now I'm starting to wonder where I should go from here to keep feeding the 'addiction'. Any tips and/or advice on the subject would be appreciated.

Knives
- Ontario RAT 1
- Benchmade 710 (current favorite)
- Victorinox Officer Suisse
- Cold Steel Pendleton Lite Hunter
- Bradley Kimura 7 (on its way and my first balisong)
- Benchmade 300SN First Production Run (on its way)

Sharpening Equipment
- Spyderco Sharpmaker with optional ultra fine rods
- 2 leather strops

Flashlights
- JetBeam BC20

Watch
- G-Shock G2900

I'd say for you're sharpening set up to get a Wicked Edge. Keep the sharp-maker, it still comes in handy for me all the time when I want a quick touch up!

Also a leatherman juice s2 would be another great addition to you're collection, I carry mine daily.

And lastly, go get a Sebenza ;).

Where's your bigger chopper camp knife? :D

Been looking at a couple of Beckers. Specifically the BK16 and BK7.

Been looking at an Edge Pro Apex as of late. Haven't decided if I like it or the Wicked Edge better yet. As for a Leatherman, that's an excellent idea. I've seen a couple that I liked, including the Juice, but haven't pulled the trigger on one yet.

Get a couple of fixed blades. Don't be shy getting into Moras or Condors before you throw additional $$$ for the more expensive brands. Get those after you've acquired some skills.

Ultimately, it is what you can do with your knives, not what brand knives you own that is important.

Be sure to snap up a couple o' slip-joints as well! Maybe an alox SAK or two and a few traditional patterns...

+1 on the Mora suggestion. Take a look at the new bushcrafter.. hnnngggghhh.

Try adding a Leatherman, theyre amazing multitools. If youre willing to drop a good amount of cash, definitly go for Falkkniven. If not, Ka-Bar and Buck make awesome knives, a good amount of them made here in the USA. (I would also recomend a Gerber LMFII but I feel as if people generally do not like Gerber)
