Current Projects

This is one of my current projects I have in the works. I would really like to hear some suggestions for handle material on this one!

It is ATS34, 5/32nds thick and 8" OAL.
I think I will do some 416 Stainless bolsters front and back. Up in the air as to whether it gets Mammoth Ivory or Giraffe bone

Hi Bob,
After taking a look at your current projects, I think that I would go with something to maintain the slim profile. Maybe, for one of the others, something in a bone or stag handle for a skinner.

I have to agree, I think Stag would be the right choice. Some bone handles look very nice but Sambar Stag and skinners go together.
From what I understand Stag is very hard to get now that India no longer allows it to be exported, but if you have a supply I think it would look great.
