Curtiss Nano Framelock Issues

Anyone on here ever purchased a nano framelock from David Curtiss? Mine had a few problems that you would expect from production knives in the 150 dollar range. Off centered blade, side to side blade play etc. I normally wouldn't care, but a a custom framelock that is supposed to be a mini tank is a different story. Also mine was really rough and kind of gritty during deployment. I never have problems deploying any knife, but this one is kind of a pain. The knife just seems unfinished.. I sent it back in to the maker himself and should be getting it back tomorrow. Nice guy and very fast response to my emails and just great overall CS! Anyone else have these minor issues with his Nano Framelocks? Thanks!
 
I have a Nano and experienced no issues. David is a good guy. He will take care of you. Not to worry.
 
Nice! Yeah he really seems like he cares and was extremely fast at responding to my emails and shipped my knife back to me in like 2 days. Can't wait to get it back tomorrow. Thanks for the peace of mind. Ben
 
An issue that would have been better taken up with David directly and reported on AFTER getting the knife back.....and not necessarily in this area.
