Well, I got home tonight and got a surprise. The Damascus Ram Horn 110 I ordered way back when finally arrived. I guess this means they finally got their order of damascus 110 blades in. Here's a photo. The bolsters are nickel silver even though they look brass in the light. The fit and finish is very good. I also like the new style nylon sheath. I am very pleased! :thumbup:
 
Beauty, Mike! That is a nice pattern on that horn and it looks perfect with the Damascus. :thumbup:

You are right about the sheath, the new nylon ones are well made and look great.
 
Mike, Boy that's a great looking 110... Is it going in to your Collection... It really is a beautiful knife... You got to love that damascus blade and Ram Horn handles... :thumbup:

The tracking information sent by Buck indicates that mine is supposed to be delivered today also; should be just like yours, Mike, but with finger grooves. Looks like they were worth waiting for. Now, just waiting for those custom 112's! :thumbup:

The good thing about having a lot of Buck knives is that you get to rotate them fairly often. I'll rotate this one into EDC on a limited basis. I'm really curious to see how the damascus performs. I don't really buy custom 110s just to collect. I like the way they look and use all of them. One day in the not so distant future one of my five grandsons will likely end up with it. :thumbup:
