Wow, all I can say. Perfect out of the box, great edge, such a pretty knife! Almost makes me want to not carry it and just look at it... Almost! I think I'm going to enjoy this a lot. Great job Buck!

Looks like Blue Wood, nice and dark too. A real good looking knife. Congrats!
 
Thanks guys! It is the blue wood, and the picture makes it look darker than it is. Still plenty dark, however! I considered going with a black blade, but they don't do that with S30v so I went satin and I am very pleased with the finish.
 
I love the drop point on these Bucks. Its nice to have variety. I never thought "blue wood" would look nice but it does. Is that what some dealers call "indigo" or is that another color?

It looks nice. Enjoy it. Carry it. ;)

Boxer .45 Boxer .45 i think it’s the same thing. It was called indigo at first but people were complaining it wasn’t indigo. I remember it all of a sudden changed on Bucks site to Blue wood. There are variations in the color. So if they just call it blue they can’t be wrong?

Poor knife already shows the marks of carry. I can see myself carrying it a lot, carried it all day yesterday. Have it with me today as well. Love it! Seems to be a little lighter than my standard 110, I wonder if that's due to the nickel silver? Might have to weigh them one of these days and see.

Trying to hold out on ordering a custom 112...i don't know how long I'll last! Haha!
 
That's a beaut!if it's a user the scratches will take that new knife look away quick and you will forget all about saving it and put it to work!
