Just wondering what style of custom 110 sheaths are out there that are the least noticeable if you have an untucked shirt? Been looking at the some of the different ones like, cross draw, pancake and open top ones. I have a 501 with an open top sheath and if a 110 would carry close to that, I'd carry it all the time. Like to hear some recomendations.

Factory Buck 110 nylon sheath worn horizontally on a black belt? It would not be noticeable with your shirt tucked in or not, especially if you removed the "Buck" embroidery, or used a black Sharpie on the embroidery.

Good idea, just did that to the nylon sheath I got with a Custom 110, probably wasn't going to use it as the white embroidery was just too much. Now it is toned down. Thanks.

I bought this one horizontal/cross draw sheath on Etsy and like it a lot...very low profile and secure...

I have the same type of sheath probably by the same maker. I put my knife in there upside down from the way yours is so the curve of the sheath follows the curve along the back of the handle.

I also ordered a left handed sheath so I can carry it at 5-4 o’clock and draw it with my right hand. Works great and excellent craftsmanship.

Same here, but I doubt mine came from the same maker.

I made this black cordura sheath for my 110.It is a copy of the pouch that was included with the Buck/Phrobis M9's,(Green one on the right),just with two loops on the back instead of one.
The white rod in the sleeve,on the lower sheath edge,is a ceramic coated alloy rod from an old Ontario USMC Bayonet scabbard.Just the ticket for touch-ups out in the sticks!
I usually wear this one around my waist ("Ringer" style)if wearing boardshorts,or through the belt loops on jeans/pants.
The sheath can also fit my little Opinel No.7,Victorinox Forrester,Victorinox Swisstool,or two muesli bars as the need arises.
