Custom Achilles Sword - Styled from Movie "Troy"

Hi all. Finished this customized version of my Achilles Sword for a customer. Thought Id post pics of it.

Steel: 1095 Heat Treated Spring Steel

Measurements:
Total Length = 30
Blade Length = 24
Blade Width = 3
Blade Thickness = 3/16
Handle Length = 6

Jefferson City right now. I was living in Lebanon but moved up this way to be closer to my family. It was a good decision since I was able to finally make some knives! You're down around Springfield aren't ya?

I've seen your bows as well. Very nice! That's something I've always wanted to build as well. Right now I'm shooting a Bear Kodiak Hunter 49# at 29". That would probably be my other passion, traditional archery. Just wanted you to know that I really appreciate what you've done and I look forward to seeing new stuff. Please look at some of the knives Ive posted and let me know what you think.

Thanks Chris. I definitely will. it would be pretty neat to take a whitetail with a bow that I made myself. Thaks for the compliment on the knives as well.
