Custom Balisongs available?

Which knifemakers do high quality custom balisongs? I´ve heard names like Erickson, Miller, as well as Salley, Jodi Samson of course, and there are probably some others.
Which makers are currently active in making balis (I´ve heard that Samson refuses to make them)? How can these makers be reached?
What are your opinions about their knives?

Apart from the makers on Chuck's page, I can name Ralph Turnbull (I dont think he likes making em), and Reese - Miller's partner.

Miller is in Balisong heaven teaching Elvis hw to flip (god rest his soul) Erikson is retires, Salley won't make em for liabilities, and Kelgin isn't up to it (plus it makes the existing Kelgin Balis hot tickets

I too am curious as to the quality of different custom balisongs...
